Personal coaching is all about YOU
What would it be like to live the life you REALLY want to live, a life that would bring you a TRUE sense of fulfilment and satisfaction? What if you didn't feel stressed or anxious about where you are going or what you need to do? What would it be like if you felt confident and happy about your purpose and didn't want to change anything? I imagine that sounds good to you. But what if I told you that the above were all actually possible and achievable? That would be even better, right? Personal coaching is all about YOU and your journey. It's about re-shaping your life and the way you look at challenges and opportunities. Maybe you want to change your career or the way you work. Or perhaps you want to feel more connected to the world around you by changing the way you relate to people. Perhaps you want to explore some of the deeper questions about meaning and purpose in life, and find answers that will give you a long term perspective and motivation.
Personal coaching takes place at a mutually agreed time, place and cost. It could be done face-to-face on a weekly basis, or two-weekly. It can also be done (at a lower cost) via Skype, so there are no restrictions on where you live as long as you have a good internet connection. The content is whatever you bring to the space and whatever is important for you to address in the sessions. If you are a non-native speaker of English I will be happy to work with you using my 20+ years' experience in the area of cross-cultural communication (your English level must be B2 or above on the European framework). Whatever suits you, the coaching is a non-threatening and confidential space for you to address and deal with issues that are important to you or your organisation.
